Biography
Jacob is the father of Penelope or Penina Magee that married Jesse Ginn's first son Jeptha Ginn b ABT 1780 Lancaster south Carolina.
This family was in Sampson North Carolina for the 1790 census. All of Jacob's children were born in Sampson, North Carolina with the exception of his last child Sarah Louise Magee b 1800 South Carolina. Her older sister, Penelope/Penina would have been 14 yrs old and Jeptha would have been 20 yrs old.[1]
