Birth date conflicting. Some sources say March 29, 1820 (other families trees, referencing this same person), but DAR records show a family bible that states his birth date as being May 23, 1812. Either could be correct based on his siblings, parents, etc.
And yes, Christopher Columbus is his middle name.
