Biography

Ebenezer was born about 1758, the son of Ezra McIntire and Elizabeth Marsh. He married twice:

  • 1). Elizabeth "Betsey" Holman married 20 Mar 1791 at Sutton, Mass.; they were the parents of nine known children.
  • 2). Mary Bass married 11 Jun 1809 at Charlton, Mass. They were the parents of seven known children.

The children of Ebenezer and his second wife Mary Bass are:

  1. Samuel Bass McIntire b. 13 Jan 1812 @ Charlton, Mass., d. 21 Dec 1878 @ Plano, Illinois;
  2. Mary Lucy McIntire b. 12 Jan 1814 @ Charlton, Mass, d. 28 Mar 1871 @ Worcester, Mass.;
  3. Pamelia A McIntire b. Jan 1815 @ Charlton, Mass, d. 19 Jan 1890 @ Worcester, Mass.;
  4. Lutina McIntire b. 30 Jul 1816 @ Charlton, d. 15 Apr 1895 @ Worcester;
  5. Harriet W McIntire b. 22 Jul 1818 @ Charlton, d. 30 May 1892;
  6. David M McIntire b. 15 May 1820 @ Charlton, d. 27 Aug 1894;
