Biography
William Archibald McKee was born on 6 July 1801 in Anderson County, South Carolina to Archibald and Martha McKee.[1][2] He married Anna Unknown about 1830, probably in Anderson County, S.C.
William and Anna lived in Anderson County, S.C. their entire lives and raised their five known children.[3][4][5] They were:
- Isaac Wadell McKee (1832-1909)
- Archibald 'Archa' McKee
- Elizabeth McKee
- Samuel McKee
- John Oliver McKee
William McKee died on 24 Feb 1891 in Anderson County, S.C. and was buried at Good Hope Presbyterian Church Cemetery.[6][7]
