3 Mar 1810: James T Gainesand Jane Gaines his wife of the County of Hawkins in the consideration of $700 sell to Andrew Campbell ...claim that said Jane Gaines has of the real estate of Hugh Campbell deceased. Witnessed by John Cretz(?), Joseph McMinn[1]
Note: This is the land from Jane's 1st husband Hugh Campbell. It is not clear to me which property this is for.
