'William McKean's sister Mary Jane Mc Kean is in fact Mary John Mc Kean and is my maternal great grandmother.( The middle name John was believed to be in memory of a brother who had died at a young age) She married William Clarricoats/Clarricoates in 1875 at Tarnagulla. They then moved north to Gladfield, west of Pyramid Hill. William Mc Kean's mother was Mary Ann Campbell Mc Intyre
