PLEASE NOTE, PER DAR, JASON IS AN UNPROVEN SON OF ISHAM MEADER/MEADOR AND OBEDIENCE "BIDDIE" BRADSHAW. ISHAM DID NOT MAKE A WILL, AND NO DOCUMENTS HAVE YET BEEN LOCATED TO CONNECT ISHAM AND JASON.
However! My ancestors have ALWAYS included us as Isham and Beddy's direct descendents. So, that said, if you believe you are this Jason's descendent, let's work together to find his birth certificate for proof. ~ Patti (Meadows) Harriman

The error message is for missing span anchors. I don't deal with span so don't really know the proper way to fix them. The errors are all for the source S00003, which appears to be a reference to what is probably an ancestry family tree. If you have sources for birth, marriage, or death, you can add those to the profile and then remove the span items to correct the errors. Report it on the suggestions as fixed and the errors will go away.
Those source links, called #S00003), are supposed to link you to a single source in the Sources section, which also has this code of #S00003 in it somewhere. There is no such source, unless it was dropped from the 1850 census source.
I don't think you need these 19 lines at all. These look like sources for the children, and those would go on their own profiles. The easiest solution is to remove those 19 lines. This will tidy the page without removing important information.
Meadows-3183 and Meador-169 appear to represent the same person because: I am a descendant of John Walker Meadows, son of Jason Meador. I believe they are the same person as both are the husband of Harriet Walker, daughter of Horatio Walker and Martha Dendy. I inadvertently added Jason Meadows and propose merging the two.
