Katsbaan Ch. baptism notice for Margriet June 25 1750, #235 in Olde Ulster transcription (p. 252), lists parents as Matheis Merkel and Margriet Keel. Witnesses were Arend and Annaatje Wenne.
The connection to Jurg is bolstered by baptism records. Corroborated in Findagrave memorial.
