Biography
Cecilia Penelope Methuen was born circa 1798 at Corsham, Wiltshire, England, the daughter of Paul Cobb Methuen and Matilda Gooch. [1]
She married Reverend Francis James Noel, son of Sir Gerard Noel Noel, 2nd Bt. and Diana Middleton, Baroness Barham, on 24 April 1822.
Cecilia Penelope Methuen was the wife of the Reverend Francis james Noel. They were married in Southampton on 24 April 1822. [2]
She died on 27 June 1885.
