William was born about 1809. His father was miner William Millington.
He married Martha Gallop/Gannop in West Bromwich on the 23rd of January 1840. Both listed their 'residence at the time of Marriage as Prince's End'.[1]
They were recorded at Prince's End (Sedgley) the next year on the 1841 census with their children Mary and Isaiah (Mary may not have been biological - she was baptised under her mother's maiden name). [2]
