Charles "Frank" Mitchell was born 15 November 1865 in Casco, Maine. He was the son of Jordan Bryan "Jud" Mitchell and Martha McLucas. ^{[1] [2]}

Frank married Alice Mae Wyman on 8 December 1894 in Burnham, Maine. ^[3] Their children"

Frank died 22 February 1955 in Burnham, Maine and was buried at the Pittsfield Village Cemetery. ^[4]
