Research Note
Thomas B. Moffet has been removed as the husband of Cynthia Barnard. He is married to a Cynthia at the same time Cynthia Barnard is still at home and 20 years younger. That Thomas's wife is a Barnard is highly probable as there are a number of Barnards listed in Washburn Township in 1850 and the two Barnard children in 1860 are probably nephews or the children of close friends.
