Antonino Mondello is a Corleone native resident, the son of Giuseppe Mondello and Vincenza Alfonso, who married in 1737. He is born on 3 April 1746 and is baptized Antonino Luigi Giuseppe the same day. His godparents are Vincenzo Paternostro and Vincenza Amore, who is unmarried.[1]
Antonino marries Teresa Palumbo, daughter of Mariano Palumbo and the late Angela Cutrara, on 12 January 1772. His father has died by this time.[2]
Note: I believe Teresa is the daughter of Mariano Palumbo and his wife, Angela, whose surname is not known. Teresa's older brother's wife is a Cutrara.
Antonino and Teresa have at least five children, Francesca (c. 1776), Giuseppe (c. 1777), Bernardo (c. 1783), Biagio (c. 1785), and Maria (c. 1786).
Francesca marries Onofrio Cutrera on 7 February 1796.[3]
Bernardo marries Maddalena Finocchio on 10 July 1803.[4]
Antonino dies sometime before October 1805, as he is recorded as deceased in Biagio's marriage record.[5]
Maria marries Carmelo Lanza on 22 June 1806. This record calls her mother Teresa Palermo.[6]
