Mrs. Harriet Ballew Died Early Yesterday

Mrs. Harriet Ballew, for the past 23 years a resident of this city, died early yesterday morning at her residence No. 5 Bates Street, American Spinning Company.

Mrs. Ballew was a member of the Baptist Church at American Spinning company and a woman highly respected by large circle of friends. She was preceed to the grave by her husband some years ago, and is survived by the following sons and daughters: Messer, Amon, Robert, Kelfer, and General Ballew, all of Greenville; Mrs Norman Howard of Inman, Mrs, R.M. Charping, of Iva; Misses Rose and Necie Ballew of Greenville.

Funeral service will be held at residence No. 5 Bates Street this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Her pastor Rev. A Wills will conduct the service and the interment will be made in the American Spinning company cemetery.
