Biography
Oliver was born 7 May 1814 in Monongalia County, Virginia.[1] He was the son of David Page Morgan and Drusilla Clelland.
- Alternate year of birth: 1813.[2]
He married Roanna Springer on 20 November 1835 in Monongalia County[3] in a ceremony performed by Revd. Edward Vincent.[4]
Oliver died on 3 November 1877 in Saint Charles, Madison County, Iowa, and he is buried there in the Saint Charles Cemetery.[5]
