Emma Martha Morris was born on 25 Jul 1885[1] in MacDonald River, New South Wales, Australia as the seventh child of Price William Morris and Sarah Ann Thompson. He had nine siblings, namely: Ephraim, Richard Thompson, Charlotte Anne, John Matthew, George, Thomas James, Thomas James, Priscilla May, Sarah Isabelle, and Earnest Arron. She died on 03 Nov 1930[2] in West Maitland, New South Wales, Australia.

OBITUARY.
Miss Emma Martha Morris, of Paterson, died on Monday night, in the Maitland Hospital, where she had been a patient for a few weeks suffering from pneumonia and heart trouble.
A few years ago Miss Morris had a severe burning accident as a result of which she was in the hospital for 18 months. She was 45 years of age and had lived at Paterson for 30 years.
Her father, Mr Price Morris, died in June last She was a sister of Messrs George Morris, West Maitland; Ernest A. Morris, East Maitland; T. J. Morris, Paterson; Ephraim Morris Dondingalong (North Coast); R. J. Morris, Mayfield; Miss C. A. Morris, Tighe's Hill; and Mrs Parker, Kempsey.
The funeral took place this afternoon, the interment being made in the East Maitland cemetery.
