You have an incorrect marriage date for Richard and Francis; it is unlikely that they got married after having 4 children. Some say it was 30 Sep 1583.
I have her dates as 1535-About 1620. My sources are, via Ancestry, England, Select Births and Christenings, 1538-1975 and London, England, Church of England Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, 1538-1812
This has her married to Richard Page at age 48 and having John at 51, which is old, but more plausible than marrying at four and giving birth at 7.
Age four at marriage? Age 7 at birth of first child? This suggests that if Robert Mudge and Anne Browster had a child born 15 May 1579 that said child was NOT the wife of Richard Page or mother of his children.
