James (17) married Jane Prather (17) (born in 1662 in Prather Hall, Calvert, Province of Maryland; daughter of Jonathan Prather I and Jane (Mackall) Smith) in 1680 in Prince George's County, Maryland. Their children were:
James died about 1715 in Anne Arundel, Province of Maryland, aged about 52.
