Biography

Vernon was born in 1922. He was the son of Charles Munday and Muriel Gorman. He passed away in 2004 and is buried in the Australind Cemetery, W.A.. [1]

Vernon was born as Munday[2] but later adopted the surname of his step-father, Marshall.

Vernon served in the Australian Army during WW2.[3]
