After her husband John died in 1573, at age 34, the parish register of Cranbrook shows that she as Helen Fosten married secondly, Andrew Ruck, a silk mercer, on 11 Jan 1573/74 in Cranbrook, Kent, England.[4][5][6]
Children: Thomas, Katherine, Ellen, Stephen.
She died on 18 Jul 1611 in Cranbrook, Kent, England, and was buried in St Dustan's Churchyard there on 6 Aug 1611.[7][8]

The date of Elizabeth's death it almost the same day as her daughter's. On family Search Elizabeth's date of death is 5 August 1616 but I am not sure of the source because it is under Ellen Rucke. Do you have the primary source for her death?
I think they should be disconnected, also. I haven't been able to find a convincing source for this parentage (as currently shown, she has a royal ancestry, though her daughter Mary has not been recognized as a "gateway" ancestor in print).
Would one of the pms for this profile please consider the research note posted above, and detach Stephen Munn and Bridget Saxby as the parents of Elizabeth (Ellen) Munn? One point to consider is that Elizabeth Munn and Ellen Munn may be two separate women.
