William Murray is a member of Clan Murray.

Sir William Murray was killed in Action during the War of the League of Cambrai at the Battle of Flodden Field.

William was the son of William Murray.[1]

He married to Margaret, daughter of John Murray, Earl of Atholl.[2] They had issue:

  3. David[2]
  1. Margaret, m. THomas Stewart of Grantully[2]
  2. Helen, m. Alexander Seton of Parbriath[2]

William died at the Battle of Flodden September 9, 1513 in Northumberland, England. He d.s.p.m. and v.p.[2]

Murray-8222 and Murray-3842 appear to represent the same person because: Birth year difference is reasonable, same spouse after other requested merge
