George fathered 21 children, he had three different wives Rachel Minnic Music

  • George Washington Music, 1810-1881, first married Catherine Nancy Hawk (1814-1849) on 10/25/1832 in Virginia. She was the daughter of Andrew Hawk and Mary Catherine Moyers.
  • George married second wife Rachel K Minix (1828-after 1900) about 1850, probably in Washington County, Virginia. Rachel was the daughter of Kesler Minix and Michael Minix.
