Elon Musk is the CEO of Tesla Motors, the co-founder of Paypal, the founder of SpaceX, and the chairman of SolarCity.[1]

Elon Reeve Musk was born 28 Jun 1971 in Pretoria, Transvaal, South Africa. He is the son of Canadian-born Maye (Haldeman) Musk, a model and dietician, and Errol Musk, an engineer in South Africa. They had two other children, before they divorced, and Maye took the children with her back to Canada.[1][2]

Elon married Justine Wilson, Canadian fantasy author, in 2000. They had five children, first twins in 2004 then triplets in 2006. The couple separated in 2008.[1]

Elon married second Talulah Riley-Milburn 2010. They separated in 2012, then remarried in 2013, and finally divorced in 2016.[1]

WikiTree does not show a direct relationship between Elon Musk and Milo Wixom Bell. That doesn't necessarily mean they are not related, just that a relationship hasn't been made on WikiTree. Their closest connection through marriage is 21 degrees. To see this connection, open the Musk-15 drop-down menu at the top of Elon's profile page. Then click on "Relationship to Me". This will bring up a page that shows Elon's relationship to you, but there is also a place where you can replace your ID# with Milo's to see their relationship to each other.

I noticed an article in the Swiss newspaper this past weekend about Elon Musk's Swiss ancestry - his Haldeman (Haldimann) ancestry has been traced back to the Emmental area of Canton Bern.

Yes, the first bearer of the name Haldeman (perhaps Haldemann) is most likely from Switzerland, but that does not change the fact that Maye (Haldeman) Musk is predominantly of English/British descent.

So Elon Musk probably has plenty of English/British ancestors on his mother's side, outweighing the Swiss heritage by orders of magnitude (he loves to say orders of magnitude, by the way).

I agree with Kyle and also I don't understand the 'private' father and children information because it is clearly written in the biography so nothing is being hidden, as well as the birthdate being '1970's,' again with it clearly being listed in the biography. It just makes the search info less accurate to exclude it or generalize or privitize that which is being openly shared on the same page. His mother is not deceased and she is not privatized but father has been...?

The missing spouses/mates and children also are incomplete but obviously known although Grimes and son have been oddly excluded from the profile information AND the biography, which is strange. Grimes in her own right is famous as well. She may already have a profile that you can easily attach the this tree.

The issue here is a common one, unfortunately. We require that a project be co-manager of profiles such as the ones you mention, however, not every profile manager has done so. And so, it takes time to find them, identify the owners, validate that they are Notable or otherwise project-oriented, align them with the project, and get them updated. Now that these profiles have been identified, we'll begin that process.

I will also add that even if the children were Notable, we could not open them as they have not reached the age of 18 as of yet. So they will remain private until that time. The father is definitely worth looking into.

I agree and disagree. I'm sure my profile would frustrate wiki-tree-ers as well but I'm not Elon Musk so what do they care?!
