Biography

Frank was born in 1857.[1][2][3] He was the son of John Eakins Nellis and Eleanor Rebecca (Griffin) Nellis.[3] Editor of Mount Clemens Independent.[4] Moved to USA in 1865. He married Caroline in 1909.[2] He died in 1923.[1][3]

The town of Nellis, West Viriginia, was named for Frank.[4]
