George Neville, de facto 11th Lord Abergavenny was born circa 1659. He was the son of George Neville and Mary Whitelock.
He married Anne Walker, daughter of Nehemiah Walker, on 22 October 1698 at St. Anne's, Soho, London, Eng. [1] He and Anne Walker were separated after 8 January 1711/12.

He succeeded to the title of 11th Lord Abergavenny on 26 March 1695. He held the office of Gentleman of the Bedchamber to George, Prince of Denmark[3]
