A Breed genealogy published in The Essex Genealogist, Vol. 12, p. 165, in its listing for Allen Breed, notes of his wife, Huldah Newhall, that: "Her birth is not recorded, but Huldah is mentioned in the division of her father Samuel Newhall's estate on 6 April 1719 (ibid.; Essex Probate 1937B)."
