DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sarah:
What evidence is there that she married William Henry Haines Raper-68 in 1744 in Kentucky? His profile says that he immigrated from England in 1754 and that he married three times, but Sarah C. NIcholson is not listed as one of those wives.
Should he be detached as her husband? None of her children show that he was their father.
Agree with Kay. There are no primary, or secondary sources, listed. Just Family trees. That's not evidence. When starting a profile, one needs to have facts to verify the claims, not merely copy family trees, which are often filled with errors and often copied over and over again.
Should he be detached as her husband? None of her children show that he was their father.
