Biography
Anne Bell Niederhofer was born on 28 Jul 1884 in Texas, Unites States. She was the daughter of August Neil Niederhofer Rue Ann Gray. Anne Bell Niederhofer married James Layfette Welsh on 27 December 1905 in Cold Springs.[1]
