Marie Kjerstine Nielsen was born on 6 September 1882 in Skorring, Framlev, Aarhus, Denmark. She was the daughter of James Nielsen and Kristina Jonsdotter.[1]
She emigrated to the USA with her parents about 1887. Marie was known as Mary and the family used the surname Nelson.
Mary Nelson died in Denver, Colorado on 7 December 1960.
