He was noted as born 1907 in Alabama and single as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Jessie A L Niles, wife Ella C Niles and son Henry T Niles.[1]

On April 1, 1935, Earl Eugene Niles lived in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama.[3]

Earl Eugene Niles was enumerated as head of the household at 109 Cannon, Ward 12, Charleston, Charleston County, South Carolina for the May 8, United States Census, 1940. He was noted as born 1907 in Alabama and married. He rented a home and was a machinist (navy yard) as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are wife Magdalene B Niles, daughter Earline E Niles, daughter Peggy Ann Niles, daughter Dorothy Gean Niles and son Henry Thomas Niles.[3]
