Arthur B. was born in Chicago, Ill., June 21, 1866. A few years later his father moved with his family to Los Angeles, Cal. Here young Arthur was educated. He was married April 7, 1892, to Miss Wilson Potts, of Los Angeles. Mr. Nolton was with the Sante Fe R. R. Co. for a number of years serving as assistant baggage master. He then engaged in real estate business and had built up a large business. He died Feb. 5, 1907. He was greatly loved and respected by all who knew him. Mr. and Mrs. Nolton and their three children were all members of the Congregational Church. The family still resides in Los Angeles.
