Frances was born in Saint Johns Parish, Prince George's County, Maryland sometime before May 6, 1764 which is the date she was christened . She was the daughter of William Norton and Elinor Unknown. [1]
She passed away sometime before September 1, 1820 which is the date her husband married a second time.
