↑ Based on arms of Mark Ogle. The Musgraves were German, and supposedly descend from an Austrian archduchess. The family were lords of marches and mosses, and arrived with the Conqueror.

↑ Note that Clement Ogle of South Dissington (d. ante 18 Mar 1598), and his brother Oliver ... were each willed half a tithe of Eglingham parish starting in 1566, from their father John Ogle of Ogle Castle (b. abt. 1477 - 1566).
