Biography
Shadrack Oglesby was born about 1753 in Albemarle County, Virginia, British America, son of William Oglesby (~1726 - 1802) and Ann (Perkins) Oglesby (1727 - 1797).
Shadrack married Sophia Ann Duncan (1758 - 1806) in 1773 in Fluvanna, Virginia. Their children were:
- Nancy (Oglesby) Haynes (~1775 - 1846)
- Elizabeth Oglesby (1785 - 1846)
- Elizabeth (Oglesby) Young (~1785 - ~1848).
Shadrack died before 7 May 1778 in Fluvanna County, Virginia, USA aged ~24.
