Biography
James, son of Duncan Oliphant (1682-1734), a pioneer settler of Staten Island, NY, and Hunterdon County, NJ was born in 1724.
He married Janette (Jane) Workman about 1747 in New Jersey.
He died 17 Jul 1816. He is buried at Briggs Cemetery, Ballston Spa, Saratoga. [1]
