Renée d'Orléans was the daughter and second child of François II d'Orléans, Duc de Longueville, and his wife Françoise d'Alençon. and was born about 1508, given she died aged 7 in 1515 (see below)
On the death of her father on 12 February 1512, she succeeded him in the Longueville territories, though she didn't seem to hold the title Duchesse de Longueville. She did though hold the titles of Comtesse de Dunois, de Tancarville, et de Montgommery, Dame de Montreuil-Bellay, Château-Renault etc.
She died young at the age of 7 years, on 23 May 1515 at the Hôtel abbatial de Sainte-Geneviève at Paris, and was buried in the Chapelle d'Orléans de l'église des Célestins at Paris. Her uncle Louis I d'Orléans, succeeded her as Duc de Longueville and in the other titles and territories.
