Thank you for maintaining this WikiTree profile. I noticed that this profile shows Gideon as having 2 daughters named Mary, born 24 years apart. Is this accurate? Is there a will or family bible or some other source document that identifies all the children of Gideon and Nancy?

Hello, I did some research and the 2 Mary's were not on any list of children that they had. So I removed them. I have extensive information on Nancy Osborne Lewis and the children she had with Gideon. I haven't been able to go on Wiki recently and update a lot, but I have my family tree with a lot of information now, and will start updating on Wiki to get it up to date. Thanks for detecting that issue. Shirley Thomason
awesome! thank you so much. If you wouldn't mind, would you add your sources to the profile?

Thanks again Jim

Osborne-7069 and Osborne-4068 appear to represent the same person because: this is the wife of Gideon Lewis. Nancy Osborne birth year is probably 1730.

Please accept this merge.

Thank you so much....

Yes, in My Heritage, Gideon Lewis was her husband - 1730-1810 - I'll change that to show that now. Thanks for asking.

is this possibly the Nancy Osborne-4068 that married Gideon Lewis?

Supposedly her parents were William Osborne and Sarah Willen, but I'm not finding them in Wikitree.

That would be lewis-19465 and lewis-15505. Am thinking Nancy died before 1810, as Gideon is living with his son James on 1810 census of barren co. Ky. No Nancy there
