Maria is the daughter of Hendrick Oostrum and Maria Davids, baptized in the Reformed Dutch Church of Poughkeepsie and The Flats on 9 May 1740, recorded as the child of Hendryk or Hendrik Oostrum or Osterom and Maria Davids.[1][2]
One researcher (Sandra Horwat) states that this Maria died about 1797 [4]
