Biography
John George Oswalt III was married twice: first to Mary Free who was mother of his children: Martin, Sally, Joseph W., Emanuel, James David, Henry Asbury, Daniel, William Drayton, Elizabeth Delila and Simeon. After the death of Mary Free he married Gemima Price Bryson. They had one child, Debetha Deliey Oswalt.
Estate papers for John George 3 filed in Lexington Co. SC on Dec. 8, 1865, proving that he died before that date.
John George 3 was listed in the 1850 and 1860 US Census for South Carolina.
