George was born on 2 April 1881 in Cardigan, Prince Edward Island, Canada. He was the son of George Frederick William Owen and Isabella Murray (Hunter) Owen.[1]

George was baptised on 22 July 1881 in Georgetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.

In the 1891 census George (age about 9) was living in Lot 53, Prince Edward Island, Canada.[2]

Between 1904 and 1951 George (age about 22) was employed in East Bittern Lake, Alberta, Canada.[1]

George was buried after 16 November 1951 in Camrose Cemetery, Camrose, Alberta, Canada.

Obituary: December 1951.[1]
