Bruce Parker
These three Parker groups belong to the same family line FG#16 I-M223. Male descendants that list each of these families as their known ancestor all test as I-M223. Only 1 family group in the FTDNA Parker site has this Y-DNA. Black Walnut Creek is 1.2 miles from Hunting Creek and is 14 miles from Mirey. Drusilla's 3 sons are all listed on land titles located at Black Walnut Creek. Bruce Parker

You will find this Wm died in Cumberland Co. Va. 1756 Will found on line, written by Wanita Powell . Sons Wm.,Daniel, and Obidiah sold land in Cumberland Co. Va to a Thomas Moody 1777. Wife Drusilla, daughter of Anthony Colquitt bought land in 1769 in Halifax Co.VA from Joseph Terry on Mirey Creek.

These Parker are found with deeds and connections on Mirey Creek, Halifax Co. Va Drusillsa's Will 1806, also found on line by Wanita Powell. Three different lines of Parker's in Halifax Co. Va 1 group Drusilla's Mirey Creek 2 group Edward Parker and Sarah Hudson, daughter of 1 Peter Hudson of Difficult, Clover and Black Walnut Creek of Halifax Co. VA 3 group Wm,Wm Jr, of Hunting Creek, may have married Martha Perrin Cardwell of Charlotte Co. Va needs more reseaarch. Hudson/Parker reseacher
