PATIN, Joseph Sr. m. Julienne ROBICHEAUX In Succ. dated 29 Oct. 1847 (SM Ct. Hse.: Succ. #1153) Examination of the actual probate record shows that this is actually the succession for Joseph Patin, Jr. However, it does include a petition on 23 Apr 1849 by Julienne Robichaud to replace her now deceased husband (Joseph Sr.) as tutor for the children.[1]

    • On 23 Apr 1849 Julienne Robichaud petitions to replace her now deceased husband (Joseph Sr) as tutrix for the children naming Joseph Alphonse Patin, Elise Patin, Jules Patin, and Anathalie Patin.
