Oliver Payne is Notable.

Oliver was born in 1839. He is the son of Henry Payne and Mary Perry. Brevetted Brigadier General, US Volunteers on March 13, 1865 for "faithful and meritorious services". He was also one of the 100 richest Americans due to his affiliation with U.S. Steel and Standard Oil.
