Dugdale quotes a manuscript genealogy of the Percy family, naming Matilda and Agnes as the daughters and heiresses of William de Percy, adding that Matilda married William, Earl of Warwick, but died without issue.
“Mathildis de Percy comitissa de Warwick, filia Willielmi de Perci” donated property to Sawley abbey, for the souls of “Willielmi comitis Warwich quondam sponsi mei…patris mei Willielmi de Percy et Adalidis de Tunbrige matris meæ et Alani de Percy fratris mei et Agnetis sororis meæ”
She is buried Fountaine Abbey, England.
