Biography

Hephzibah, daughter of Timothy Perkins and Edna Hazen, was born 6 Oct 1701 (recorded as 1702) and died 30 Jan 1732 in Ipswich MA. She married 20 Dec 1722 Lt. Mark How at Topsfield MA.[1]
