Note: Joseph's children were baptized at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church near Sylvan (Little Cove). Records are at the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg.
On the 1910 census of Franklin County, Pennsylvania there is Joseph 67, Mary J. 65, and duaghter Laura 29, in the household.
