Biography

George W. Philips was born about 1862 in Mississippi to Jesse and Margaret Philips.[1] He died after 1940 likely in Louisiana.[2]

George was the father of Albert Castle Phillips who was born 17 Oct 1894 in Robeline, Louisiana.[2][3]

He was married to Zephire West as his second wife.[4]
