Jane Phillips was born on July 1, 1709 in Easton MA, daughter of John Phillips (1670–1760) and Elizabeth Drake (1668–1748).

Jane (18) married Richard Ellis (23) (born on August 16, 1704 in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland; son of Richard M. Ellis and Susannah (Hannibal) Ellis) in 1728 in Easton, Massachusetts. Their children were:

Jane died in 1760 in Ashfield, Franklin, Massachusetts Bay, aged 50.[1] She was buried in Beldingville Cemetery, Ashfield, Massachusetts.
