Biography

Lucy Phillips was enumerated as daughter at District 730, Douglas County, Georgia for the June 7, United States Census, 1880. She was noted as at school, born 1873 in Georgia and single as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self Robert C Phillips, wife Louisa A Phillips, son William Phillips, daughter Lula Phillips, son Edward Phillips, daughter Lavina Phillips, daughter Emma Phillips, daughter Annie Phillips and stepdaughter Gennis Danforth.[1]
