Biography

William E. Phinney was born on August 11, 1859 in Midgic, New Brunswick.[1] He was the son of Miles Phinney and Rebecca Wheaton. He married Mary Emma Estabrooks on February 23, 1883 in Cookville, New Brunswick.[2][3] They had 13 children.

Mary died in 1908. Five years later, on September 24, 1913, William married Sarah Jane Estabrooks.[4] They had at least one child.

William died on August 10, 1943 in Midgic, New Brunswick[5] and was buried in the Midgic Cemetery.[6]
